Late 19th-century neoclassical wooden column model from France. Exceptional handiwork has gone into this creation; the gilded Corinthian capital has been minutely carved and makes a wonderful contrast with the dark, smoothly buffed wood. An excellent piece for a collection of architectural miniatures, or as a unique decorative tabletop accent.
