Chaise lounge in walnut of the Charles II Period showing the use of pierce carving with scalloped shells, foliage scrolls and flowers on the stretchers and a barley sugar twist and caned back panel. All original with the exception of the upholstery rails replaced in the 18th century and the new linen upholstery. A fine and rare piece indicative of the period
